Que faire avec un texte calligraphié ? Un tablier, pourquoi pas ?! Le texte écrit en atelier à Jonquerettes le mois dernier fut scanné puis imprimé sur un coton léger. (Au oui, imprimer sur du tissu, c'est toute une technique ! Il faut disposer de "papier pour congélation", que j'obtiens grâce à mes "contacts" américains ! ) Ensuite, le coton imprimé est appliqué sur le devant du tablier de cuisine (fait maison, bien sur). J'avoue que je ne suis pas certaine de ce qui va se passer quand ce tablier sera lavé ... ma mère me le dira !

So, just how many ways can we use a text written in calligraphy ? Here's another one for you : appliqué it to the front of an apron. We wrote this text at our workshop in Jonquerettes last month. I scanned it then (thanks to the freezer-paper technique) printed it on a light cotton, which was later appliquéd to the front of this homemade apron. The only thing is, I'm not exactly sure what's going to happen to the printer ink when my mom washes this apron ... but I'm sure she'll let me know !
